Applying for financing means handing over details about your business, and often about yourself. This page explains what we collect, why we need it, who else sees it and what you can ask us to do with it.

Modulyz arranges and provides commercial financing for business owners, including equipment leasing, working capital and term structures. This policy covers the Modulyz website, our application form and the conversations that follow from them.
Where this policy says "we" or "us", it means Modulyz. Where it says "you", it means the person filling in a form or the business they represent.
Most of what we hold comes straight from you, through the contact form, the application form or a phone call. Depending on which of those you use, that can include:
When you visit the site, our hosting and analytics tools record standard technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring page and the time of your visit. We use this to keep the site working and to understand which pages are useful.
If you submit an application, we may receive information about you and your business from credit bureaus, bank data providers you connect, public records, and business registries. We will only do this in connection with the request you have made.
We use what you give us to:
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with unrelated companies for their own marketing.
When you submit a form and tick the consent box, you are telling us it is fine to contact you at the phone number and email address you provided, including by text message and by automated or pre-recorded calls, about your enquiry and about our services. Standard message and data rates may apply.
Agreeing to this is not a condition of getting financing from us. You can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or writing to us at the address at the bottom of this page. We may still need to contact you about an application already in progress or an agreement you have signed.
By submitting an application you authorise us and our funding partners to obtain business and personal credit reports and other background information in connection with your request, and to do so again for renewals, servicing or collection where relevant.
An initial review is usually a soft enquiry that does not affect your credit score. If your file moves forward to a formal offer, a hard enquiry may be required, and we will tell you before that happens.
We share information only where it is needed to do the job you asked us to do:
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies. Some are necessary to make the site work, such as keeping your place in the application form. Others help us measure traffic and see which pages people actually read.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, parts of the site may not behave as expected. Our site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals, as there is no agreed standard for them.
We keep application and customer records for as long as needed to run the relationship and to satisfy the record-keeping, accounting and legal obligations that apply to commercial lending, which in most cases means several years after the last activity on your file. Enquiries that never become applications are kept for a shorter period and then deleted or anonymised.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections, stored on access-controlled systems, and only made available to the people who need it to do their work. We review our providers and our own practices regularly.
No system is completely secure, and we cannot promise that nothing will ever go wrong. If a breach affects your information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law. Please avoid sending sensitive documents by plain email; ask us for a secure upload link instead.
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it where we are not required to keep it. You can also ask us to stop sending marketing messages.
If you live in California or another state with privacy legislation, you may have additional rights, including the right to know what categories of information we collect and to request deletion. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.
To make a request, email us at thrive@modulyz.ai . We may need to verify who you are before we act on it, and we will respond within the time the law allows.
Our services are for businesses and the people who run them. The site is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will remove it.
We update this policy when our practices or the rules around them change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. If a change is significant, we will make that clear on the site rather than quietly swapping the page.
Questions about this policy, or about the information we hold on you, are welcome. A person will read your message.
